Women's Ascent 1100 Sleeping Bag

<p>The Ascent series from Rab is set to conquer the mountains with good value for money and a wide range of different sleeping bags for various degrees of warmth. The Ascent 1100 is the warmest sleeping bag in the series. With a warmth rating of up to -25 degrees (depending on individual sensitivity to cold), it offers cosy comfort even in icy winters and at high altitudes so that you can set off the next day refreshed for regions where only a few dare to go.</p><p>The warmth is provided by R.D.S. certified duck down from Europe, which has a hydrophobic finish that copes with moisture much better than untreated down. Trapezoidal chambers prevent the down from slipping and reduce cold bridges just as efficiently as the built-in thermal collar and the down-lined cover flap under the zipper.</p><p>Rab also relies on a water-repellent treatment for the outer material. The very light Pertex® Quantum has been given a DWR coating, yet it remains airy so that vapour can escape from the inside and the down can puff up ideally. Thanks to the material components and the slightly wider cut, the Ascent 900 creates a pleasant sleeping comfort despite its nice pack size when an icy wind whistles around the tent outside.</p>
