Description

When it comes to the ultimate, the 3-layer Ortler jacket made from Ortovox's high-end Naked Sheep collection is it. Lightweight meets durability, absolute weather protection and ingenious features to create a functional complete package for all mountain adventures.

As well as the flexible four-way stretch material, which is ideal for intense mountain sports, the hardshell jacket has been fitted with the tried-and-tested Dermizax® NX membrane. It ensures a water column of at least 20,000 mm and 100% windproofness. An additional DWR finish and taped seams improve the repellency not only of moisture, but also of any dirt. Popular for its high breathability, this membrane is a winner across the board. To further regulate body climate, the 3-layer jacket also offers ventilation zips under the arms. Pleasant merino wool inserts make the wearing comfort complete.

In the mountains, you are often exposed to harsh conditions and confronted with demanding situations, so you can rely on the Ortler jacket without compromise. It offers you, among other things, a double adjustable and helmet-compatible storm hood that blocks icy winds even in strong gusts. The two-way zip also scores points when wearing a climbing harness, and the two pockets are sensibly placed and accessible at all times. In addition to a width-adjustable hem, the cuffs can be individually adjusted with Velcro.

The Ortler Jacket impresses with its practical range of functions as well as its colourful design, which promises more visibility in alpine terrain. Thanks to its amazingly light weight, the jacket is not only comfortable to have on, but can also be carried compactly in your pack.
